Principal Contractor on a 60 week build project of 22 flats (some duplex multi-level units) two retail units and associated car park.

The project was handed over in September 2018 complete with delightful enclosed communal space with planting and relaxation area.

As well as working with Building Control and the Local Authority to be fully compliant at every stage, the site is registered with Considerate Constructors Scheme registration 102901 and was awarded a 42 ‘A1’point score demonstrating ‘Performance Beyond Compliance’ and won a Consider Constructors National Site Awards 2019. This site was exemplary, as described by both our own external inspections and that of our clients’. This makes us incredibly proud and we will continue to strive for excellence on this and all of our projects.
