Meeting our neighbours at Lockwood Path

All our developments are registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme

The Considerate Constructors Scheme is a non-profit-making, independent organisation founded by the construction industry to improve its image.

Construction sites, companies and suppliers voluntarily register with the Scheme and agree to abide by the Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

The Scheme is concerned about any area of construction activity that may have a direct or indirect impact on the image of the industry as a whole. The main areas of concern fall into three categories: the general public, the workforce and the environment.

The Code of Considerate Practice outlines the Scheme’s expectations and describes those areas that are considered fundamental for registration with the Scheme.

‘Respect the Community’ is one of five core areas in which all companies and sites registered must focus. We give the utmost consideration to our impact on neighbours and the public.

We take our role in the community very seriously and only want to do our very best for our neighbours.

Earlier this month we invited our neighbours at Lockwood Path, our most recent development, to join us for a project meeting. We hosted this at their local Scout Hut ensuring convenience for all, hoping to see lots of faces to chat about the project, discuss any issues or concerns and to give all an opportunity to meet the whole Endeavour team working on the project.

Charlotte, our dedicated Considerate Constructors Coordinator has been in communication with the residents since before we even started and now that we have the early weeks of the project under our belt it felt like the most suitable time to have the most productive meeting.

Charlotte along with Site Manager Pat, Project Surveyor Sam and our Managing Director Ken were all available to speak to and it was lovely to see some of the neighbours take the time to join us.
